So, here is how we approach. There are three distinct phases in our engagement with your company
  • Discovery: This is a joint exercise between Foresight Plus and our client company to discover whether a thinking partnership makes sense subsequently. The deliverable will be an Initial Assessment document outlining our observations and if there is a fit, a thinking partnership proposal.

  • Thinking Partnership: Each client and each situation is different—clearly showing any cookie cutter approach the door. We will think together. Strategize. Create execution plans in the most optimum fashion; and of course, execute!

    The role of Foresight Plus throughout this journey is to act as a catalyst to move things forward quickly

  • Framework Development: Foresight Plus aims to be a catalyst rather than a crutch. This phase involves development of necessary frameworks to ensure that the practices continue to yield results long after Foresight Plus disengages.
